JDV Xpress provides residential and commercial cleaning in Sarasota, Florida.
2. Quotes and pricing
Quotes are based on the walkthrough and the information you provide.
3. Scheduling, access and cancellation
You are responsible for providing safe access to the property.
4. Text messaging (SMS) terms
- We send two separate categories of text message, and each one requires its own consent. Service messages relate to your quote, appointment scheduling, service confirmations and reminders. Marketing messages include promotional offers, discounts and seasonal announcements. Agreeing to one does not enroll you in the other, and you may decline both.
- Message frequency varies.
- Message and data rates may apply.
- Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe.
- Reply HELP for assistance.
- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- Consent is not a condition of purchase.
- Supported carriers include AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon Wireless and others.
5. Payment
Payment is due according to your written proposal or invoice.
6. Satisfaction and claims
Notify us within 24 hours and we will return to correct the specific area.
7. Limitations
We do not perform work that requires a specialized license.
8. Liability
Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service.
